  My husband and I decided to downsize when our older boys moved out to go to college, and it was an absolute delight to find the perfect house for us through Seven Hills Rentals. We have been in the house for two weeks and have had an extremely pleasant experience thus far. Our requests have been taken care of in an efficient and professional manner, and I feel very comfortable knowing that we are working with a company that responds to its clients' needs. We are VERY happy and look forward to many years here.

  Working with Tony and Becky was so easy. They listened to what we were looking for and worked with us until we found exactly what we wanted. They were always enthusiastic when we asked to see a house and encouraged us when we started to feel overwhelmed. When we did find the perfect house for our needs, they continued to be interested in seeing our project to completion...and even came to visit just to see how it all turned out! They truly enjoy helping people find what they want! We could not be happier with them, and will use them for all our real estate needs. You should, too!

  The ATM is conveniently located on Broad St, and it is available to access at any time. It is tucked into a corner near the drive through access to the bank. The machine was clean at the time when I saw it. However the surrounding area was a little dirty.

  We rented from this company for a year and a half. We moved to the house because, it was the only house to rent in the area we needed. They never fixed anything without it taking weeks for them to come out. They have even had the nerve to tell my husband to fix the problem our selves. I had GA power come out to the house for two months because, the power box was sending a signal that it was over heating. I called them and they said they was talking a note and would get back with me... I heard nothing until I get woke up again from ga power coming back out and shutting the power off so the meter can cool off. This went on for 2 months. They finally had no choice but to send out someone due to ga power was about to shut the power off to the house until the problem was fixed completely. My thoughts was that me and my family could have been in the home and it catch on fire or us come home to nothing. They seemed like they didn't even care. I also had sewage running beside the drive way from day one and they would say that they was waiting on the owner to respond... It smelled like a hog pen! I lived with this for a year and a half until we bought a nice home. If you rent from them make sure you keep a calendar and document everything! My reason for moving was because they didn't seem to want to fix anything. I don't know if it was the owner or seven hills. I met the owner and he told me he was unaware but, still as a tenant I didn't know where the problem was coming from. I do not recommend renting from this company or letting them manage your property. They are rude and very unprofessional!
